How do I get the Placement Engine?

The Placement Engine is invite-only right now. Create an account, join the waitlist from Billing, and we will invite brokers in as spots open. Once invited, Pro is $150/month for unlimited placements and re-runs.

How much is the bips CRM?

The bips CRM is $29/month with a 14-day free trial and no credit card to start. It is a separate subscription from the Placement Engine, with unlimited contacts and no per-seat fees.

How current are the lender guidelines?

We update lender guidelines continuously. When a lender changes a product, rate, or policy, the matching engine reflects it in real time.

How many lenders does bips match against?

bips tests every deal against 200+ Canadian residential mortgage lenders, including A, B, and alternative lenders.

What information do I need to enter a scenario?

You can type naturally, paste from Filogix Expert, or upload application documents. The AI extracts all the relevant details automatically.

What payment methods do you accept?
